Our plants are sold with the understanding that the buyer possesses sufficient gardening knowledge or will acquire it. Greenworld Zone cannot be held responsible for plants that fail to thrive due to improper planting, care, or local growing conditions.

2.3 Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

We currently cannot ship to certain parts of Asia and remote locations. During extreme weather conditions, we may delay shipping to protect plant health.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You must inspect products immediately upon delivery. Report any transit damage within 48 hours by emailing [email protected] with clear photos of the packaging and damaged items.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Plants must show transit damage (photos required). The following items are non-returnable:

  • All Other Vegetable Seeds
  • Brassica & Leafy Green Seeds
  • Live plants showing signs of improper care after delivery

Unopened seed packets may be returned as an exception.

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions
  3. For plant returns, provide clear photographs of damaged items
  4. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label if applicable

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The original shipping fee is non-refundable except in cases of our error.
