Shipping Information
Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order with attention to plant health and packaging integrity. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Flat rate: £12.95
Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Available for orders over £50
Note: We currently cannot ship to certain parts of Asia and remote locations. During extreme weather conditions, we may delay shipping to protect plant health.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our plants and gardening supplies. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Plants must show transit damage (photos required)
- Original packaging must be intact where possible
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns for:
- All Other Vegetable Seeds
- Brassica & Leafy Green Seeds
Exceptions are made only if seed packaging remains unopened.
Live plants showing signs of improper care after delivery cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions
- For plant returns, provide clear photographs of damaged items
- Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label if applicable
- Pack your return securely using original packaging when possible
- Ship your return using the provided method
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds appear within 3-5 business days after processing
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable (except for our errors)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement once the return is processed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plants arrive damaged or you receive an incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the packaging and damaged plants
- We’ll typically send replacements at no additional cost
