At Greenworld Zone, we take pride in delivering healthy plants and quality gardening supplies to your doorstep. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Our policy is designed with the same care we give to nurturing our plants.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Plants must show signs of damage from transit (photos required)
- Original packaging must be intact where possible
Please note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for All Other Vegetable Seeds or Brassica & Leafy Green Seeds unless the packaging is unopened. Live plants that show signs of improper care after delivery cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with instructions
- For plant returns, you may be asked to provide photographs of damaged items
- Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label if applicable
- Pack your return securely using the original packaging when possible
- Ship your return using the provided method (customer pays return shipping unless the error was ours)
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds appear within 3-5 business days after processing
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable (except for our errors)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement once the return is processed

If your plants arrive damaged or you receive an incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the packaging and damaged plants
- We’ll typically send replacements at no additional cost
