Olive Tree (Standard)

These slow growing, self fertile, evergreen trees are normally associated with the Mediterranean but you can now grow these highly decorative plants very successfully in the UK. Attractive grey-green foliage atop a tall slender stem makes this Olive Tree standard an elegant and modern addition to the garden. In long, hot summers the small fragrant flowers are followed by smooth green fruits. Olive trees can be grown in very sheltered gardens or large containers, and make an attractive and productive addition to the patio. Height: 150cm (59″). Spread: 50cm (20″).
